Clean ownership is a must for you to purchase property or land here in Croatia and is probable one of the main issues. The clean ownership or clean Title of Croatian property must be established at the earliest time and thus reduce wasted expense and time. Proof of the ownership of Croatian property can be found at the land registry office. The seller of the Croatian real estate must be the person, or persons that are written in the land book and are the owners.
