With an elevation of 170 meters , the 3,000 year old  farming village of Marcana is located  in the Southern part of Istria, 15km North East of Pula. The village of Marcana can easily be accessed by road using the M2, E751 Pula - Rijeka road. The  compact centre of Marcana has a few coffee shops, chemist, butchers, a bank, hairdressers, a pizzeria and a post office.
